What you need

⅓ cup plain greek yogurt
¼ cup extra-virgin olive oil

1 tsp ginger paste
1 tbsp garlic paste

1 tbsp fresh lime juice

1 tbsp garam masala

2 tsp chili powder

2 tsp ground cumin

1 tsp paprika
1 tsp dried coriander

1 tsp salt

1 tsp turmeric

½ tsp ground fenugreek

¼ tsp cayenne pepper

¼ tsp black pepper
Instructions
0 Place cubed chicken in a large glass bowl 1 Combine marinade ingredients in a separate bowl 2 Add marinade to the chicken and mix until fully incorporated 3 Cover the bowl tightly with plastic wrap and chill for 30 minutes to 4 hours 4 Thread marinaded chicken onto skewers and discard the remaining marinade 5 Allow a grill pan or flat griddle to preheat for several minutes over medium heat 6 Grill the skewers for several minutes on each side or until all sides are golden brown and the chicken is cooked through with an internal temperature of 165 degrees 7 Serve with cilantro lime rice and cilantro dipping sauce (optional)View original recipe
