Instructions
0 Preheat your oven to 375 degrees 1 Prep 1 large butternut squash by peeling it, removing the seeds and cutting it into 1 inch cubes 2 Place the butternut squash cubes into a large bowl 3 Add 4 tablespoons of melted butter into the bowl and toss until all of the cubes are well coated 4 Add 1/3 cup of brown sugar and toss to combine 5 Transfer the butter and brown sugar coated butternut squash cubes onto a parchment lined baking sheet 6 Sprinkle 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon, 1/4 teaspoon of ground ginger, 1/4 teaspoon of nutmeg, 1/4 teaspoon of cloves, 1/4 teaspoon of sea salt and a pinch of black pepper evenly over the entire baking sheet 7 Bake the butternut squash cubes on the center rack of a 375 degree oven for 45-50 minutes, flipping every 15 minutes 8 Garnish the caramelized butternut squash with crumbled goat cheese and finely chopped walnuts before servingView original recipe
