What you need

⅓ cup sour cream

⅓ cup mayonnaise

½ cup buttermilk

1 tsp fresh squeezed lemon juice

1 garlic clove

1 tbsp fresh chives

1 tbsp fresh parsley

2 tsp dried dill

½ tsp onion powder

1 salt & pepper

1 paprika
Instructions
1 Combine 1/3 cup of plain greek yogurt, 1/3 cup of sour cream, 1/3 cup of mayonnaise, 1 teaspoon of fresh lemon juice, 1 finely grated clove of garlic, 1 tablespoon of finely chopped fresh chives, 1 tablespoon of finely chopped fresh parsley, 2 teaspoons of dried dill, 1/2 teaspoon of onion powder, a pinch of salt and black pepper and an optional pinch of paprika or dry mustard in a bowl 2 Add 1/4-1/2 cup of buttermilk to achieve your desired consistency 3 Whisk until all of the ingredients are fully combined 4 Serve immediately or chill in an airtight containerView original recipe
