What you need
extra large egg

cup butter crackers

tsp garlic powder

tsp onion powder

tsp salt

tsp black pepper

cup butter

Instructions
0 Preheat your oven to 375 degrees 1 Whisk 2 eggs in a shallow dish and season generously with salt and black pepper 2 Combine 1 cup of crushed butter crackers with 1 teaspoon of garlic powder, 1 teaspoon of onion powder, 1/2 teaspoon of sea salt and 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper in a second shallow bowl 3 Dip each chicken breast in the seasoned eggs and then into the seasoned cracker crumbs 4 Transfer the breaded chicken breasts into a baking dish 5 Arrange 1/2 cup of butter cubes over and around the breaded chicken breasts 6 Bake, uncovered, in a 375 degree oven for about 45 minutes or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165 degrees 7 Baste the chicken with the melted butter towards the end of the baking time 8 Once the chicken is cooked through, transfer the baking dish onto a heat proof surface 9 Garnish with some additional sea salt, finely chopped parsley and finely shredded parmesan before servingView original recipe
