What you need

cup heavy cream

egg yolk

tsp vanilla extract

tsp espresso powder

tsp salt

tbsp unsweetened cocoa

tbsp granulated sugar

tbsp dark brown sugar

tbsp butter

oz dark chocolate

oz milk chocolate
Instructions
0 Combine 1 cup of whole milk and 3/4 cup of heavy cream with 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract, 1 tablespoon of natural unsweetened cocoa powder, 1 teaspoon of espresso powder, 1/2 teaspoon of salt, 2 tablespoons of brown sugar, 1 tablespoon of granulated sugar and 5 egg yolks in a small saucepan over medium heat 1 Place 4 ounces of chopped dark chocolate, 4 ounces of chopped milk chocolate and 1 tablespoon of butter into a large bowl and set aside for now 2 As soon as the milk mixture in the saucepan begins to steam, reduce the heat to medium low and cook while whisking for about 8 minutes or until the mixture thickens 3 Pour the thickened milk mixture over the chopped chocolate and butter 4 Whisk until the chocolate is melted and all of the ingredients are fully incorporated 5 Divide the mixture between four 8 ounce ramekins or six 6 ounce ramekins 6 Chill the budino covered with a paper towel for 2 or more hours before serving 7 Garnish with espresso whipped cream and chocolate shavings (optional)View original recipe
