Blueberry "Pup"-cakes

What you need

cup all purpose flour
cup vegetable oil
extra large egg

tsp baking powder

tsp ground cinnamon
cup fresh blueberries

oz light cream cheese
tbsp plain greek yogurt

tbsp heavy cream
Instructions
0 Preheat your oven to 350 degrees 1 Combine the ingredients and scoop a heaping tablespoon of batter into a greased mini cupcake tin 2 Bake for 8-9 minutes or until they feel set 3 Allow the cupcakes to cool before frosting 4 To make the frosting, beat 4 ounces of room temperature with 1 tablespoon of greek yogurt and enough heavy cream to develop a creamy texture (2-3 tablespoons) 5 Frost the cupcakes and garnish with tiny bones (optional)View original recipe
