1 garlic clove
1 tbsp fresh parsley

1 tsp dijon mustard

1 tsp honey
⅙ cup white-wine vinegar

⅔ cup extra-virgin olive oil

1 tbsp blood orange zest

⅓ cup fresh orange juice
1 salt & pepper
