What you need

½ tsp garlic salt

½ tsp onion powder

½ tsp paprika

½ tsp cumin

½ tsp seasoned salt

⅙ tsp cayenne pepper

1 tbsp butter

1 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
Instructions
0 Combine spices in a small bowl 1 Pat salmon dry on both sides 2 Season the flesh side liberally 3 Add 1 tablespoon of butter and 1 tablespoon of olive oil into a shallow skillet and place over medium heat and allow the pan to preheat 4 Once the butter has melted, carefully place the salmon flesh side down into the skillet 5 Season the skin side of the salmon with remaining seasoning mixture 6 Let the salmon cook undisturbed for 4-5 minutes 7 Once it easily releases from the pan, flip the salmon and cook on the skin side for 2-3 minutes 8 Flip the salmon onto its side and allow both sides to crisp up for about 60 seconds per side 9 Serve immediatelyView original recipe
