Banana Nut Chocolate Chip Mug Cake

What you need
extra large egg
tbsp vegetable oil

tbsp honey

tsp vanilla extract

cup all purpose flour

tsp baking soda

tsp salt

tsp ground cinnamon

chocolate chips

tbsp nuts
Instructions
0 Mash a medium overly ripe banana in a large microwave safe coffee mug until smooth 1 Add a large egg (or 1/4 cup of greek yogurt or apple sauce) and mix until smooth 2 Add 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil, 1 tablespoon of honey and 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract and mix until smooth 3 Add 1/4 cup of all purpose flour, 1/2 teaspoon of baking soda, 1/4 teaspoon of salt and 1/4 teaspoon of ground cinnamon and mix until completely combined 4 Fold in a handful of chocolate chips and about 2 tablespoons of chopped walnuts and mix until evenly distributed 5 Microwave on high for 2 minutes or 2 minutes and 30 seconds or until the mug cake is fluffy and the center does not look wet 6 Enjoy!View original recipe
