What you need
cup maple syrup

cup olive oil

tsp vanilla extract
tsp salt
tsp ground cinnamon

tsp nutmeg

cup old fashioned oats

cup black walnuts
cup chopped pecans

cup pumpkin seeds

cup chia seed
Instructions
0 Preheat your oven to 350 degrees 1 Mash a large banana smooth in a large bowl 2 Add 1/2 cup of pure maple syrup, agave or honey, 1/3 cup of extra virgin olive oil and 1 teaspoon of pure vanilla extract and mix until completely combined 3 Add 1/2 teaspoon of sea salt, 2 teaspoons of ground cinnamon and 1/2 teaspoon of nutmeg mix until evenly distributed 4 Add 3 cups of old fashioned oats, 1/2 cup of chopped walnuts, 1/2 cup of chopped pecans, 1/2 cup of pumpkin seeds and 1/4 cup of chia seeds and mix until everything is evenly distributed 5 Spread evenly over a generously greased baking sheet 6 Bake for 24-26 minutes or until the granola is golden brown and crisp 7 Allow the granola to cool fully before crumbling into pieces and transferring into an airtight container 8 Store at room temperature for up to 2 weeksView original recipe
