cup ground flaxseed

cup chia seed

tsp ground cinnamon

tsp ground nutmeg

tsp baking powder

tsp salt

cup milk
extra large egg

tsp vanilla extract

cup maple syrup

ripe banana

cup mini chocolate chips
Instructions
0 Preheat your oven to 350 degrees 1 In a large bowl, combine 2 1/4 cups of your favorite milk, 2 large eggs, 1 teaspoon of pure vanilla extract and 1/3 cup of pure maple syrup or honey and mix to combine 2 Add 2 1/2 cups of old fashioned oats along with 1/2 cup of ground flax seeds, 1/4 cup of chia seeds, 2 teaspoons of ground cinnamon, 1/2 teaspoon of nutmeg (optional), 1 teaspoon of baking powder and 3/4 teaspoon of salt and mix until fully combined 3 Fold in 3 large diced bananas and 1/2 cup of mini chocolate chips until evenly distributed 4 Divide the mixture between 4-5 greased baking dishes 5 Bake in a 350 degree oven for 35-40 minutes or until the oats feel set and springy to a light touch 6 Allow the oats to cool for about 15 minutes before covering and chilling 7 Microwave uncovered for 60-90 seconds to reheatView original recipe
