A simple pie crust recipe that can be made with graham crackers or many other crunchy cookies. It is crisp, buttery and perfect for baked fillings or no-baked ones.

⅓ cup granulated sugar

10 tbsp butter

⅛ pinch spices

0 Preheat your oven to 350 degrees 1 Use a food processor to grind the graham crackers down to a fine crumb 2 In a large bowl, mix 1/3 cup of granulated sugar, 1/2 cup of melted butter and a pinch of your favorite warm spice in with the graham cracker crumbs until everything is evenly distributed 3 Transfer the mixture into a lightly greased pie pan, springform pan or cast iron skillet and press out evenly throughout the bottom and sides of the vessel keeping the sides as thick as the bottom 4 Your options for prepping this crust are...- Pre-bake the crust for 9 minutes in a 350 degree oven and let cool before adding the filling.- Adding the filling and baking them together.- Chilling the crust for 30 minutes in a refrigerator or freezer before adding no-bake filling.View original recipe
