What you need

cup cooked orzo pasta

garlic clove

cup chicken stock

cup heavy cream

tbsp lemon juice

tbsp fresh parsley
tsp lemon zest

cup parmesan

0 Place a skillet or saucepan over medium heat and add 2 tablespoons of butter 1 Once the butter has melted, add 1 cup of dried orzo and cook for about 2 minutes, stirring consistently 2 Add 2 finely minced cloves of garlic and cook for about 30 seconds, stirring constantly 3 Add 2 cups of stock and bring the mixture to a simmer 4 Simmer for 8-10 minutes or until tender 5 Stir in 1/2 cup of heavy cream, 2 tablespoons of lemon juice, 2 tablespoons of finely chopped fresh parsley and 1 teaspoon of lemon zest and let the mixture simmer for about 2 minutes to slightly reduce 6 Remove the pan from the heat and stir in 2/3 cup of finely shredded parmesan 7 Enjoy immediatelyView original recipe
