Place 1/2 cup of salted butter in a skillet over medium heat
When the butter has melted and begins to get frothy, add the sage leaves and allow the butter to foam and bubble until it begins to brown slightly and crisp the sage leaves
As soon as the foam begins to subside, remove the butter from the heat
Toss your favorite pasta in the sauce immediately
