Chocolate Whipped Cream

A fabulous chocolate twist on classic whipped cream.

Add 1 cup of cold heavy cream into a large bowl
Sift 2 tablespoons of cocoa powder, 3 tablespoons of confectioners sugar and 1/2 teaspoon of espresso powder into the bowl
Add 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract and a pinch of salt
Use an electric hand mixer or stand mixer to whip until you have soft or stiff peaks
Chill leftovers in an airtight container
