Combine 1 1/2 cups of almond milk with 1/3 cup of chia seeds in a small bowl
Let the mixture sit for 15 minutes and then whisk to break up any clumps of chia seeds
Cover the bowl and chill for several hours before serving
Garnish with Greek yogurt, whipped cream or fresh fruit
