Combine 1 cup of cold heavy cream, 2 tablespoons of room temperature creamy peanut butter and 1/4 cup of confectioners sugar in a large mixing bowl or the bowl of a stand mixer
Whip on medium to medium high speed until soft peaks develop or continue whipping if stiff peaks are desired
Use immediately or chill in an airtight container
