Cucumber, Green Apple & Lime Smoothie

A healthy, refreshing green smoothie that you will love!
Peel and slice 1 large cucumber and 1 large banana and place the slices on a parchment lined baking sheet
Place the cucumbers and bananas in the freezer for 60 minutes before making your smoothie (optional)
Add the Greek yogurt, chopped Granny Smith apple, flax seeds and the juice from 1 lime into your blender and pulse until the apple is broken down a bit
Add the fresh or frozen cucumbers and bananas and pulse until combined
Add the ginger, spinach, cilantro and a splash of coconut water or orange juice into the blender and blend until smooth
Add additional coconut water or orange juice, if a thinner consistency is preferred
Serve chilled
