A thick and creamy chia pudding with sweet cherries and chunks of chocolate. Perfect for when you want dessert for breakfast.

In a large bowl, whisk 1 cup of Greek yogurt with 1 cup of your favorite milk, 1/2 cup of chia seeds, 2 tablespoons of honey, agave or pure maple syrup and 1 teaspoon of pure vanilla extract until fully combined, cover and chill for at least an hour (overnight is best!)
Spoon the chia pudding into serving dishes and top with cherries and chopped chocolate
