A light, simple vinaigrette with classic lemon flavors.

Combine 1/4 cup of freshly squeezed lemon juice, 1/4 cup of white wine vinegar, 1/3 cup of extra virgin olive oil, 1 large crushed garlic clove, 1 teaspoon of honey and a pinch of salt and black pepper in a jar or the vessel of a blender
Shake or blend until all of the ingredients are fully incorporated
Use immediately or chill in an airtight container
