Make a batch of garlic herb aioli and some crispy onion straws
In a large bowl, combine 16 ounces of ground beef with 1/2 cup of grated yellow onion, 2 cloves of finely minced garlic, 1 tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce, a whisked egg and 1 teaspoon of seasoned salt
Divide the mixture into four equal portions and shape into burgers
Season both sides of the burgers with sea salt and black pepper
Allow the burgers to sit at room temperature for 20 minutes
Brown burgers to your preferred doneness (further instructions above)
Add a slice of sharp cheddar to each patty about 60 seconds before removing from the heat
Once the burgers are done, let them rest for 5 minutes on a cutting board before assembling
