Pita Croutons
Preheat your oven to 375 degrees
Tear 2 pitas into bite sized pieces and spread over a baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil and generously season with sea salt, garlic powder and black pepper. Bake until crisp.
Combine the tomatoes, cucumber, sweet peppers, red onion, olives and feta crumbles in a large bowl
Add 1/2 cup of Greek salad dressing and toss to combine
Optionally serve over leafy greens and top with crisp pita croutons
